Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days unless a listing or service message states otherwise. You will receive confirmation when an order has been fulfilled.
Shipping & Returns
Each book is a distinct physical copy, packed according to its size, weight, condition and value. Final delivery options are shown at Shopify checkout before payment.
UK delivery
Available UK services and prices are shown at checkout based on the basket and delivery address. Current launch rates must be confirmed during checkout QA before go-live.
International delivery
International delivery may be available at checkout for selected destinations. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees or local delivery charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Delivery times can vary because of customs processing and local postal services.
Packaging
Books are packed securely for transit. Valuable, fragile or jacketed books may receive additional board, corner or box protection. Please retain the packaging until you have checked the order.
Delivery problems
Contact us with your order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost. For damage, include photographs of the item and packaging.
Returns
Contact us before sending anything back. Do not use the registered office as a return address unless we specifically confirm it for your order. See the Returns Policy for cancellation periods, return costs and refund timing.
