Cancellation period
If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the item.
Contact us before returning anything. We will provide return instructions. Do not send returns to our registered office unless we have specifically confirmed that address for your return.
Change-of-mind returns
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We recommend a tracked service.
Returned items must be packed securely and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Protect corners, boards, spines, dust jackets and loose inserts.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging where useful. We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible.
For a statutory cancellation, standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery upgrades are not normally refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
Handling and return condition
We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if it is returned damaged because of poor return packaging.
