Hardback (12.7 × 20.3cm).288 pages. Dark green leather with edge decoration on front and rear covers and titles in gilt on spine. Ends of spine and corners are a little bumped and rubbed and very slightly scuffed at top of rear cover. No inscription or name. Very clean and tight. All edges gilt. 7 pages of book-ads at rear. There are 26 superb tissue-guarded engravings (few tissues are missing) by J. D. Harding.
