Heavy hardback (21.6 × 27.9cm). Very Attractive pictorial cover by Topham with beige decorated cloth spine. Rubbing to front cover edges and two front corners are well-rubbed. Slight bumping to spine ends. Very neat inscription in "Book belongs to" box. Bright, clean and tight. A mixture of stories and verses including some Delightful colour illustrations by Honor Appleton, 6 full-page black and white by A. E.Kennedy and 1 by Ernest Aris. A lovely verse illustrated in black and white by Molly Brett and numerous more illustrations. A Very Good copy (for its age) of an old, lovely childrens book.
