Small, faint inscription on first blank endpaper. Exceptionally bright, clean and tight (no foxing). There are 8 Superb full-page colour illustrations and numerous in black and white by Honor Appleton. Delightful pictorial dustwrapper showing Josephine dancing with her dolls, chipped and repaired at top and bottom edges and repair at 1/4" missing at ends of spine. Price-clipped. Has a removable, clear protective loose covering.
